Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Art Perspective Studio Doing Business As (DBA) STAYOGA, we are committed to offering a conscious and professional experience through our digital services and thoughtfully designed custom merchandise. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Cancellations

Digital Services & Products

Cancellations for digital services (such as website design, branding, video editing, content strategy, online courses, etc.) are not accepted once the service has commenced or the digital product has been accessed or delivered.

If a cancellation request is made within 3 days of placing the order and before any work has started, we may consider it on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at stayoga.studio@gmail.com as soon as possible for such requests.

Physical Merchandise (Custom-Made)

All physical merchandise available through STAYOGA is made to order. Once an order is placed and production begins, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds & Replacements

Digital Products & Services

All digital services and products are non-refundable due to their intangible and personalized nature.

However, if you experience:

  • A technical issue accessing your digital content

  • A delivery that significantly deviates from what was agreed

Please contact us at stayoga.studio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery or access, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Physical Merchandise (Custom-Made)

Refunds are not available for physical merchandise unless the item:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is significantly different from what was ordered

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us at stayoga.studio@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order

  • Include clear photos and videos showing the issue

Once verified, we will take the necessary action, such as offering a replacement or store credit. Please allow up to 10 days for processing after we receive and review the evidence.

3. Support

We are here to assist with:

  • Technical glitches related to your purchased digital product or course

  • Issues accessing services or materials

  • Order-related concerns with merchandise

Please reach out to stayoga.studio@gmail.com and allow 2–3 business days for a response.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

For cases where a refund is approved (under eligible circumstances):

  • The refund will be processed within 6–8 business days

  • The refund will be made via the original mode of payment or through store credit
